TMZ has learned that since Lindsay Lohan won't be appearing on "The Tonight Show" this evening, the late-night chat show got the next best thing -- Rob Schneider in drag!
Schneider has agreed to the last minute booking and will sit on Jay Leno's couch dressed liked Lindsay Lohan. Panties and SCRAM bracelet optional!
Planet Gossip's Marc Malkin tells TMZ that Schneider will either appear covered in white powdered sugar or come baring white powdered donuts for Jay.
