Miley Cyrus -- Surfaces at the Superdome

Miley Cyrus ventured out for the first time since TMZ posted video of her smoking out of a bong -- taking in a New Orleans Saints game today and even getting to meet their coach, Sean Payton.
The Saints went on to smoke the St. Louis Rams, 31-13.
