Denise Richards -- Packin'

Denise RichardsDenise Richards apparently isn't feeling the love in Westlake Village, a posh suburb in Los Angeles County.  According to the Hot Property column in Sunday's L.A. Times, Richards is putting her house on the market for $4.3 mil.
 
Richards bought the 7,400 square foot house last year, around the time she split from estranged hubby Charlie Sheen.  According to the Times, she paid just under $4 million.  With commissions and expenses, at best she'll break even, assuming she gets full asking price.
 
Here's the Hollywood twist.  Richards found the house with the help of her one-time friend, now arch-rival, Heather Locklear.  Richards is dating Locklear's estranged husband, Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi fame.

Richards and Sheen are locked in a nasty divorce battle.  On Thursday, Sheen had his deposition taken and went face to face with Richards, creating what we're told was a "tense" situation.
 
Richards wants sole custody of the couple's two children.  Sheen wants joint custody.
 
Richards has made a variety of allegations against Sheen, claiming in effect his alleged dalliances on the internet and other activities make him unsuitable as a parent.  Sheen has denied all the allegations.
 
As for the Richards' house, it's a safe bet one of her motivations is to get away from her neighbor -- none other than Heather herself.  In other words, it's time to get out of dodge.

16. I think what Denise did was very tacky.You don't date your best friends ex but that is why it's hard to have friends cause they always try to get your man. We should always remember that there is two sides to every story.

I thought Heather threw him out, filed for divorce and didn't even tell him, he learned about it from the news, and he begged her back and she wouldn't even talk to him, so he moved on..and from what I understand Denise and heather knew each other but were not best friends...besides, don't they trade back and forth in hollywood all the time...

19. C'mon....what's up here. Yes, Heather didn't want him any longer, that means he's available right? Denise and Charlie were over also. WHY so hostile because these 2 people hooked up? I say good for them! Will it last? I don't think so. Nothing really last in Hollywood! After what Brad Pitt did to Jennifer Aniston....pffffffffffffft! I say let them enjoy their time together till they decide to go their seperate ways!

22. Denise Richards is not a good mother or role model. She
lets her daughters engage in terrible behavior (read People
mag for mother's day article), and betrays her best friend and
friends. Richie Sambora is also a snake, and could care less
about his own daughter AVA and wife Heather. I mean, he
should have been thinking of the impact photos of he and Denise
would have on his daughter, etc. He cares about little but
himself. Sad. He's nothing like frontman John BonJovi who knows how to
treat a lady (his own wife of more than 16 years, Dorethea)! NOTE TO SELF:
Stay away from Rocker Guitar SCUM! Both Denise and Ritchie deserve each other...Heather is much better off (probably Charlie too!). Over the years,
everyone always wanted to be Heather, from Baywatch Babe Pam to Denise. They even take Sloppy seconds with her husbands!! The more things change in life---the more they pathetically stay the same! 23. Denise is a dog. And not just by looks. She is a tramp and Heather is a lady. She so planned to steal this Charlie dude's cash after hurrying up and having 2 kids fast. Now she's done, he owes her the rest of his sorry life, and she is free to go tramping all over the world. Meantime, her kids she wants sole custody of are raised by nannies. Lovely. Just lovely. She is an ugly tramp.

24. Denise has done nothing wrong, neither has Richie

Charlie and Denise separated a year ago, and the reasons why are pretty clear. Denise was completely right to leave him and she has said that it was very difficult for her to do so.

Heather filed for divorce from Richie without him knowing

Denise and heather were no longer friends

Seems like Denise and Richie met up in the interim after Heather filed for divorce and he came off the road, and started hanging out. Things developed from there.

Heather was no longer part of Denise's life, they weren't even speaking from what Denise has said herself. Heather hadn't been informing Richie of ANYTHING that she was up to, he found out about the divorce from the media and I would hazard a guess that he found out about David Spade in the media too.

So what were they supposed to do? If they started having feelings for eachother, and had common, shared experiences that drew them closer, were they supposed to pretend they didn't exist? Or contact Heather even though she didn't seem to give a damn about either of them at that point?

No.

So as a result, until I know any further about it, I'm completely on Denise's side. She, in MY EYES at least, has done nothing wrong.

25. Just like Britney Denise will go down too. How in the hell can you hook up with your friends ex-husband and feel right about it? Just because you can do something...Doesn't mean you should. Heather looks much better and carry's herself with far more class.

29. charlie sheen is a sicko; but denise richards is a
quick second. She dresses up like the pussycat
dolls and thinks that is a good example for her
daughters? they are both trash and she is trash for
betraying heathers friendship and trust. It isnt about
richie being off the market; its about betraying
someone whom you confided in regarding the
breakup of your marriage and them using it for
personal gain. She deserves Charlie Sheen.

30. No matter how you try and look at this situation Denise richards is real cad
she could have dated anyone and the fact that she picks heathers ex is a messed up thing to do so let her move its better for heather not to have to see her every day or even feel her presence as for richie he is a jerk!
