Nicole Richie took a page out of the Jennifer Aniston paparazzi-containment handbook, using rather aggressive tactics to keep the paparazzi from getting too close.

The incredible shrinking reality-TV star was seen leaving an office building in Los Angeles today, and as she approached her Mercedes-Benz tank, the space-clearer yelled repeatedly at the lensman, "Get out of the way!" We're pretty sure the photographer heard the admonition the first time around.

Richie might not have appreciated the attention in this case, but she was more than happy to play with BFF Paris Hilton for the cameras yesterday night at a party for the Playstation 3 game console.

3. Is somebody seriously angry/upset/annoyed with Ms. Richie for being cordial with camera men and women at an event where everyone KNOWS and EXPECTS press and paparazzi will be present? She was leaving an office building, not The Ivy or Hyde. The problem here is clearly not with Ms. Richie, but with the photographers that don't understand boundaries.

4. Something is really wrong with Nicole. I don't think she has an eating disorder, I think it is even worse. I feel sorry for her in that regard and I hope she deals with whatever is going on or get well if she has an illness but...
She really needs to CTFO because one cannot expect sympathy and support one day then be seen partying the next. Poor Lionel...all of this overshadowing what is a phenomenal new album!

5. Nicole Richie is really a waste of space, even though she is shrinking away.
Seriously she has an eating disorder and since young girls look up to her (why i have no idea) she is a terrible roll model. The comment of " Hi Bitches" shows her lack of education. Money can buy a lot of things but in her case i think class is what is missing most from her pathetic life.

11. Clearly the photographer wasn't moving out of the way. That's why the man had to remind him to "Back up!" You guys really need a lesson in boundaries. It's true that being filmed does come with the territory of being a "celebrity" but you all have taken it way to far.
And as for all these comments about "hating Nicole," etc., when you don't even know her--well, that's just bizarre. Do you really believe all the inflammatory comments the media print about these people? I suspect if you were engaged a bit more in making your own lives interesting, you wouldn't have to be writing nasty comments about people "picking out coffins," etc. Ligten up and be nice!

15. I love Nichole, but I honestly think this skinny craze has so much to do with the skank Paris who has been influencing her for a very long time. I think Nichole wants to show her up with something and this turns out to be the only thing she could come up with. It's really very common among young girls with troubled surroundings... I mean check out her bio, you'll all understand. Love ya, Nichole!
