"Grey's" Star Thanks "The One in Rehab"

Isaiah Washington has a new nickname among the "Grey's Anatomy" cast -- "The other one in rehab."

Chandra Wilson, who plays the ball-busting Miranda Bailey on "Grey's Anatomy," thanked the "ten cast members" present when she accepted her SAG award for Female Actor in a Drama Series last night, adding, "and the other one in rehab, y'all keep me together!"

The cast, which also won for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series, was seen cracking-up at the Isaiah-less table. Washington wasn't present -- possibly completing treatment for his onset "behavioral issues."

4. Honestly, I thought her speech was REALLY nice, very heart felt......it brought tears to my eyes, because she is black, short, fat......and 100% different then what "society" may deems as perfect.....and yet, there she was on stage accepting an award.....that was given to her by her peers....

Her "JOKE" shout out to IW.....was just that, a joke.....maybe she wanted to shed a little light, make a few people laugh, acknowlegde him- even in his absence......

7. A normal Hetrosexual man says "Faggot" and the Abnormal Homosexual gets upset so the Normal Hetrosexual man goes to REHAB? It's backwards! The faggot should be going to rehab he is "Mentally ILL". 8. Why is he in rehab? Does he have an addiction problem or just
an anger management problem? Usually the ones who are the
most VOCAL about bashing gays, have gay tendencies themselves
and can't deal with it. So in other words, look who calling the
kettle black, no pun intended.

This particular BLOG isn't about him being gay...it's about Chandra's comments during her acceptance speech.....and whetehr or not you thought she should ahve made reference to IW's absence at the event.......

13. That comment was absolutely uncalled for and classless. She made a lovely heartfelt speech until she said that. It was a very simple thing to say thank you to each one of my costars.

That entire situation should NEVER have left the set and dealt with there. Apparently someone had it out for him and leaked this. Mr. Knight needs to lighten up and stop acting like a victim. The majority of all of us have been called various names at some point in life. Why can he and Mr. Washington not just sit down and have a PRIVATE heart to heart and leave everyone else out of it. Katherine Heigl seems to want to keep this fight going for some strange reason.

There is a simple solution but the drama continues to be driven and now by yet another cast member named CHANDRA... Please just do your work and allow us to enjoy a great show.

15. You don't go to rehab for calling someone a Fa***t. IW seems to have more deeper issues than that.
I saw Chandra Wilson's speech, and she was just making a joke. I love this show to pieces, and I hope that IW stays. He made a mistake, we have all made more serious mistakes than what he has been accused of.
