Do you know them intimately? you've got theories on their deaths? I think that you need psycholgical help .

This is my favorite part of this post:

You've CSI'd your way to a conclusion of someones death that you've read about on sites like TMZ and you don't even know for sure what the girls name is that's in the middle of the mess. Again, get help, soon.

Ummmm Sherlock there are a few problems with your scenario.
1. Custody is not decided yet
2. Now that ANS has died the paternity test will be done. The lawyers are meeting tomorrow regarding that.
3. If HKS's "plan" was to kill ANS to get her money via her daughter and HKS really is not the father it makes no sense that he would kill ANS. She was the one preventing the paternity test from being taken in the first place. If he is not the father everyone will know that when the paternity test results come in.

I think the paternity of ANS's baby should be determined as soon as possible, before the baby gets any older, for her sake; she will be facing enough "history" as she grows up.
