Composite of a syringe and a busty modelHollywood is busy preparing for this Sunday's Grammy Awards, but the golden statues won't be the only hardware on display. As they walk the red carpet, many attendees will be flaunting new cosmetic enhancements .

TMZ spoke to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Brad Jacobs, who tells us, "It is safe to say that 20% of musicians walking the carpet will have some sort of surgical enhancement." He cites the reason for this increase as the sudden interest such products as Botox, Restylane and Juvederm. Jacobs confirmed that he has worked on over 200 celebrity clients, from hip-hop stars to country singers.

The nip/tuck specialist says he is making a special house call to the Los Angeles area this weekend ... to ensure that his patients are looking their best when they pose for the paparazzi.

1. As this TMZ post started out mentioning the Grammies were on tV last night, I start my post here.

I watched most of this Leftist Fiasco, and amongst other things,I saw Justin T. sing three times. He is just a borderline Singer, IMO! I will say it again, JT is just a so so singer. I watched the show with seven other people, and we all agreed, This Guy Sucks!

Then our discussion, jovially went to, "Who was the worst Singer, Britney S. or Justin T.?" After several minutes of discussion, none of us could agree., but we leaned toward JT! OH WELL, IMO!
