Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, the two men who claim to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, are in the Florida courtroom of Judge Larry K. Seidlin right now to determine what will happen to Smith's body.
At 9:37 AM, Howard K. Stern entered the courtroom and took a seat just a few feet away from Larry Birkhead. Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is in the courtroom as well, and warmly embraced Birkhead before the beginning of the hearing. Anna Nicole's father Don Hogan also made a surprise appearance in court.
Judge Seidlin addressed Stern and Birkhead and said, "I expected both of you to show."

I hope the judge has common sense here and orders Anna be buried with her son. Anyone who even claims to have loved her should know thats where she would want to be. Just the fact her mother wants her buried in Texas shows she doesn't, or didn't care about her. How sad. Keeping my fingers crossed.
So far it seems to be the lawyers are trying to control the court room. The Judge just began educating them on who he is. Maybe some sort of control of the court by the judge will happen soon other wise this wil be a train wreck.
Wow, the timing of that video was incredible! Think it was planned? Maybe another one will surface before the next trial.

If we have to see Mr. Stern's face, at least get a DNA sample out of him to get this paternity case on the road.
By the way, there is also a court hearing in California today about Larry Birkhead;s paternity suit. If HK$ has not submitted a DNA sample, as orderd by the court, he will be found in contempt of court.

#1, I agree with you. Regardless of how we may feel about how Anna Nicole lived her life or who we may think the father is or isn't or should be. EVERY WOMAN who is a MOTHER would want to be NEAR HER BELOVED CHILD. She's a mom and we ALL know she loved her boy dearly. She needs to be with her son.
I hope the judge does the right thing and gives the body to the mother. Daniel did not live in the Bahamas and was buried there because that is what Koward Stern wanted. Anna should be buried in Texas and Daniel's body should be exhumed and reburied next to his mother in Texas -- where Dannielyn can visit both of them. Larry Birkhead is the father and WILL get full custody very soon.
Anna without a doubt should be buried with Daniel. I can't believe the her mother who she hated dearly wants to bury her in Texas away from Daniel. How SICK is that?? Also Larry is an a$$ as well (father or not) He always said "Anna loved Daniel more then anything" yet he's siding with her mother to have her buried in Texas??? MAKES NO SENSE!!! The least they can do is bury her next to her son and let them both rest in piece. I'm sick of Larry and his desperate attempts to keeping his name in the media. Her mother should rott away somewhere. If Larry gets the baby, then the mother gets the baby and they get the money that comes with her which is why they want her. Which is why the mother is leaving cards outside the medical examiners office that says "My beautiful daughter mamma loved you more then life" COME ON NOW!!!

This judge is an ass and an opportunist. He should be removed from this case. He's making this more of a joke than it already is. He really bothers me.
I'm just glad that this woman's body will finally be embalmed. It's just a shame that she hasn't been laid to rest yet.. Too sad.
I can't believe JOHN OQUINN is representing Anna's Mother. He is one of the most powerful lawyers in Texas. HE IS A BILLIONIONAIRE....................He was recently shown on VH1's "the fabulous life of.." show....I am worried now....THE JUDGE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH ...HE'S A DISASTER!!!!!

I would think Anna's mothers intent will be to eventually bring Daniel's body back to Texas to be laid to rest with his mother as well. I think the main thing that Vergie wants is to get control away from Howard. One step at a time. Because that baby has a lawful and human right to know who and be raised by her true biological father.
I can't believe Virgie has let her daughters body sit in a freezer this long...that's love! Larry also loved Anna soooo much to let her lay there. Larry is a wanna be! I hope Anna gets some peace in the Bahamas where she belongs.
As a mentor for women who are trying to get their life back, after a "fall," I pray the work done today is one step toward justice. So many women are lost and give up everything for what they want to believe is real love, when it's just a play on an emotion to get something for nothing, be it money or sex or material things.
May Anna Nicole Smith's life be a lesson of hope for someone, may they see what is playing out and make the decision to get help and stop the insanity of what they are doing, be it bad decisions, drugs, etc. Seeing the loss of life might be the turning point and give someone hope that they will overcome and not follow the same path.
Okay, I will go back to work now, just breaks my heart to see an unnecessary tragic ending.
