while sitting watching the appeal I was shocked that arthurs attorney did not mention that in fact anna did not sign for any plots in the bahamas in fact howard k did.
dosn't anyone get it. anna was in the bahamas for less than a year her son was only there for the weekend. my god take anna home and exume her son to be with her.

It sounds good for buriel in the Bahamas, but I don't count on anything till the final decision.She should be next to her son of course but it will probably be decided down to the last letter of the law without anything written by Anna. I feel it's selfish of the mother to have even filed this appeal, she knows she should be and wanted to be with Daniel.

Anna let her son sit in the Butler Funeral Home in the Bahamas for 39 days while she and Stern did their "committment ceremony", went on ET to bash her mother, etc etc. The only reason she buried him in the Bahamas is Birkhead began legal paternity action against her - so they decided to keep on hiding out there. She might be buried in the Bahamas this week - I won't be surprised if she and Daniel wind up getting exhumed in the next year. This is not over by a longshot.

Will this woman ever stop? Nothing irritates me more than stubborness for no good reason. If this woman had the best interests of her child, she's let them bury Anna where she wanted to be buried, in the Bahams, by her son. No questions asked.

So did they say when they will be back with a decision? I had a meeting and missed the hearing today. :(

Anna's mom is a JOKE! This has gone on too long, and she has shown no compassion or sensitivity to burry her own child as soon as possible. So sad.

At this point, can the courts not see as all of us do. This is not over the body of ANS but over the $$. Who ever gets control, gets all the rights to the funeral so they, in fact can sell the footage. Good Lord.....Let Dainielynn do this and be done!!! There is not going to be anything to bury if they don't get it done SOON!!!

Both DEATHS are still under investigation.

I feel very sorry for Dannielynn, she will see all of this BS. I hope at a very young age she realizes how toxic Virgie is/ was to her mother.. Virgie needs to go back to Texas and live in her bubble. She obviously was not a good mother to ANS or she would have not been out of her life for all of these years.

I wonder why ANS didn't want LB in her babies life, had she wanted him for the babies father she would have not left CA and would have never put HKS on the birth certificate.. Do we all believe that the relationship between ANS and LB was all that great??
