Anna Nicole Smith was recovering from her depression at the time of her death, but she had not made statements about suicide in the weeks prior to her death.
Dr. Joshua Perper says Anna did not try to commit suicide when she fell in a pool shortly after Daniel died. It was an accident caused by too many drugs.
Dr. Perper says Anna's computer was helpful in determining her state of mind. There was no suicide attempt.
What's more, Dr. Perper dismissed any possibility of homicide in the case. "We did not find any evidence that would point to homicide," he said. "We did not find any fact ... which could raise credible suspicion of homicide."
There was no evidence to suggest forced-feeding of one of the drugs Anna ingested.

Now, the legal ramblings will continue about the house, Daniel's
inquest and the baby, Dannielynn.Anna wasnt killed, she was neglected
by those who were around her. She was not provided the "tough love"
that she needed. Her mom walked away from her, Larry gave up on her
and those around her let her kill herself with medications that were
supplied in large amounts....Instead of pointing fingers at one
another the family and friends need to look to themselves and ask
what could I have done.

I know Anna was devastated about the loss of Daniel.... I think her sweet baby Dannielynn gave her the reason to live that she needed. I dont think Anna wanted to leave this world in reality. She may have been incredibly sad and cried a lot but didnt intentionally kill herself. She wouldnt have wanted all these "fathers" taking her baby. The baby needs to be with someone who truly loves her instead of thinking of her as the lottery ($474 million).
All this does is open more question..My Gosh Anna had 9 different prescription drugs in her blood..That is crazy...those around her may not be guilty in the eyes of the law but you best believe that all those so called friends and Coward money hungry Stern is at the top of the list...let her down completely..They were not her friends they were nothing but users...Bottom line..This isn't going to be the end..Bring it on Virgie..Don't buy they report you make them investigate it more...
stern gave her injections... who's to say he didn't give her all of her meds??? the handful of sleeping meds?? he was the last one to see her alive..... did the bodyguards wife ever go in her room and see her chest actually rise???
How did he know Anna's state of mind? When a person wants to die they will take anything they can get their hands on? Sorry, I am not convinced "accidental".
Is any one of us out here surprised by this??? Yes, there was some talk that HK$ had something to do with it, but really, she died of an OD... I'm really not surprised. So sad, such a waste. Who's next?

Now that Anna's Death was ruled an "accidental overdose" it appears that she got her wish "to be just like Marilyn"... I believe the conspiracy theories are going to run rampant now for sure! Just think, she can now be remembered as the song "Candle In The Wind" ...her flame went out long before her legend ever did...
Sorry, if her arse hurt aren't you for sure ANS would have said, "hey can you take a look...do I have a sore on my buttock"?
