Seminole detectives found Slim-Fast on Anna Nicole Smith's night table in the Hard Rock Hotel room where she died.
According to a scene investigation report released by the Broward County Medical Examiner, Smith, a spokesman for the weight loss supplement TRIMSPA, had nicorette gum, Tamiflu and several cans of soda on her night table next to the diet drink.
In the document, there is no mention of TRIMSPA products being anywhere in the room.

TRICK-SPA BABY yeah I fell for it too didnt take long to realize you don't grt to look like Anna from this weak ass stuff scars from autopsy reveal definite lipo scars in thighs and abdomen scars could be tummy tuck but you usually have a longer pelvic scar could also be lipo.

So what? When I did the diet pill thing (some years ago, not now) I used Slim Fast as a meal replacement and used the diet pills for appetite suppression. I don't get what the big deal is that she had Slim Fast. It's only a meal replacement. If you're the pill popping type it's not that odd to use both. They perform two different functions as far as dieting goes.

There may be criminal negligence charges against the nurse and bodyguard/paramedic as well as the psychiatrist for being "health care professionals" and not taken action to insist that Anna go to the hospital. And also against the psychiatrist, who prescribed even MORE drugs than she was already on...

Is there a new law that one can not eat or drink what ever we want. NO one cares what she had on her night table... Find somthing new to talk about and let this go. There is a baby that will grow up and learn to read. These are real people that feel just like the rest of us. You were never kind to Anna so now its Howards turn?????

The guest bedroom has three beds, which were well made and covered with white sheets, and covers. A night table separates the two beds. Opposite the foot of the bed was a small table with various items including numerous medication bottles, prescribed under different names. Therewas also a piece of furniture containing a small refrigerator and a large-size TV. The medicine bottles in the entire suite were photographed. A list of all the medications was taken including the date prescribed, amount prescribed, and the amount left in each bottle. The scene was left at 2130 hours.

of course there was no trimspa in the room - she lost all that weight because she was on topamax - that's the major plus of that medication - the major minus is sometimes makes you slur/brainfuzzy...

Mr. Trimspa forgot to mention ... that in order for his product to work...you must combine it with Slim Fast and ... a gazillion different drugs!

How unfortunate Anna Nicole Smith had a Nurse who called her husband before 911, when she found her in cardiac arrest.
Hopefully the Florida Board of Nursing will investigate and discipline this nurse.
Also, Taz had no legal right to discuss the details of Anna NIcole Smith's death and violated HIPPA regulations.
I found it interesting that Nurse Taz has only been licensed to practice nursing in Florida since 12/05. Clearly she is inexperienced and has no business practicing nursing.
