3. Hopefully, Grandma Lynn will get the kids instead of nannies and hotel maids. Britney needs time to get well physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She is very young in many ways with many conflicting demands. Yes, I know that she chose her paths but her boys should not have to suffer. Both Britney and Kevin are trying to build careers at the same time which is not conducive to good child-rearing. Let someone who can lavish lots of time, energy, and love on the boys raise them. Give them to Lynn or Kevin's folks.

5. Now, I dont believe TMZ with that story.
Why would K-Fed walk away with a lousy $1million (hell, you can't buy a house with that chump change)? Hell, J-Lo's 2nd ex-husband walked away with alot more than that and there wasn't any kids involved...
Shame on K-Fed's lawyers if they accept that lousy settlement. If it was reverse, we'd say that she is getting ripped off.

Kevin has proved himself the better parent and person. Don't sell short, Kevin!

6. The greatest thing that could help her get well is her children. I think it would do her very good to take the kids and go on a very long vacation. She obviously loves the kids. I think they both love the kids. They just needs to think more of the kids and I think that is what they are doing. Britney isn't trying to build a career. She already has one. All she has to do is record some good songs and that can be done anywhere with her type of money.

8. Agree with #5! How horrible that she has to BUY her primary custody. No judge in his right mind would award primary custody to Britney. Don't be a sell out Kevin!! Get your kids!

Britney is getting worse and worse every day! I can't see how anyone could support her at this time. She is truly a low-life!

9. She's BUYING two kids for 1 million? Please. If she was buying custody that makes Kevin sound like a horrible father for risking his kids for MONEY. For such a small amount as well.... if she was buying custody she'd be paying a lot more than 1 mil. Let's not forget she never harmed the children. They were always taken care of. Kevin spent a hell of a lot of time out when they were married. They are both guilty of being stupid. All they can do is move forward. But Kevin doesn't deserve any money.

10. #7. Sadly, I must disagree. Britney HAD a career. She has not been in the studio for ages. She has missed recording sessions in Miami. Her last record sales were not all that great. Yes, she does need to record some new stuff -- not release an album of remixes. Her perfume sales are not skyrocketing either. She needs to rethink her career goals and get her career out neutral and into overdrive.

13. Seriously - this is disgusting - you need a license to drive but not to have kids. I don't care what kind of dumbass Kevin his - Britney should be ashamed - what the hell kind of mother is she in the first place!!!!! He should get the bank, the kids, the whole nine-yards. 14. Neither one of them are fit to be parents. All they care about is partying. They were too immature to be married much less parents. I feel sorry for their children. They are just pawns in this divorce. Britney was really something before K-Fed came along. She married that sorry piece of trash and now her life is a wreck. She used to have so much going for her. He really brought her down. I think she needs intense therapy. She needs to realize that she does not need a man in her life. She needs to learn how to be more independent. I wish she would go back to they way she was before his sorry ass come along and darkened her doorstep! Britney needs to quit partying and focus on making a comeback.
