Dannielynn could be a very rich little girl, especially if her ship comes in on the Marshall estate to the tune of $423 million. The question -- who should administer the trust?

According to Anna's will, Stern was supposed to be the trustee for Daniel in the event she died. Obviously, Anna didn't bank on Daniel dying before her, and there were no provisions made for Dannielynn. This is the stuff court cases are made of. Whoever administers the trust -- could earn 3% in trustee fees each year, and that comes to $12.6 million.

737. Larry got what he wanted from Anna reconition thats why he went back to the Kentucky Derby the following year to hook up with her . As the judge asked him in Fla why did you inpregnate her knowing about the problem she had with drugs he couldnt ans. I seen a photo of him and Anna he looked as stoned as she did. If Anna had lived she would have paid him off as she has others. And Mommy dearest needs to look in the mirror and wonder why her grandson idin't want to see her and his father was paid off when she became popular and he is letting mommy dearest do his work because of that.

738. Neither one of them are fit. Stern was present when Anna and her son died of drug overdoses, an Birkhead came out of the courtroom like he had won the lottery. I believe that Anna, with barely an 8th grade education, was controlled by Howard, constantly under the influence of drugs, and may noy have meant anything she said. I should point out, that Howard made many of the tapes of Anna's so-called rants and meltdowns. Were these tapes for them or for us? Did Bahamian law backfire on Stern, who thought he would be declared the father, regardless of the DNA outcome? Why the Bahamas in the first place? What were they running from/to?

742. A good lawyer makes sure his client, espcially one with the assets that ANS had, that all legal paperwork is in order. Howard was with ANS for years and was her confidant and advisor. I am sure that ANS made all the final decisions, but I am sure she relied on lawyers and doctors to give her advice as to what to do. I have a will and update it periodically, and a will should be updated when major life event occur (ie: births, deaths, adoptions, etc) She had way too much money for her legal affairs to be in such limbo. If HKS could not get her to take care of these legal matters, what happened to Ron Rale?

743. Howard has handled the case for years....he should continue since he knows all the details of it. He is also due fees for working on it, while Anna was living. There is no way Birkhead could come out any better by having anyone else do it and he is not an attorney...he knows nothing about the case. So Howard(who also has the baby's interests at heart)...should be the one to handle the case. Howard has been a great help to Birkhead...if Birkhead is a gentleman...he will let Howard continue this case for the baby. He owes him that much consideration.

744. Stupid is Stupid hasn't anyone seen how children get ripped off all the time by parents? Where are you idiots. The child grows up & the money is gone!!!!!! Another believe what you are fed by T.V. Get in the real world ,Photo ops are nice. Larry was a user too only with a better smile & wave........................
