Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed ... I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added, "I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual," so the baby can adjust.
Stern says he will stay in the Bahamas.
