Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed ... I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added, "I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual," so the baby can adjust.
Stern says he will stay in the Bahamas.

He is not taking responsibility for his actions which were just off the charts.
