Custody NOT Decided Today!

... And the saga continues.

In a brief statement to the press, Howard K. Stern revealed that court has adjourned for the day, without a decision as to the custody of Dannielynn.

Stern didn't clearly identify who threw the wrench into today's hearing, but insisted it wasn't him, saying, "If it were up to me, the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occured today."

However, Stern did mention that the transition of parenthood has already begun with Larry Birkhead, and says Dannielynn's biological dad has even taken on diaper duty. Stern added, "He's doing a great job."

Birkhead made a quick exit from the courthouse, telling reporters that he couldn't comment about what went on inside.

All three parties will be back in court one week from today.

9. Virgie is rail roading the entire procedure. Now her lawyers want her to get together with Birkhead tomorrow to work out custody without the lawyers present. Larry Birkhead would be a complete jerk to agree with that! Larry and Howard want the best interest for the baby...Virgie just wants the money!! What a sick cow!

12. It will probably be a long time before this decision is made. Another drawn out week. I am glad that Howard is giving Larry time with Danielynn. I just hope that if Larry gets custody of Danielynn that he will let Howard see her as often as he likes. Howard did care for her for 7 months. Even though he isnt the father i think he should still be allowed to see her. Good luck to both of you Howard and Larry. And keep that grandmother Vergie away from her cause nothing good will come out of that.

15. Bahamian Courts are the postponing courts I have ever heard of.....

They start so late in the day how in the hell can they ever get anything done?

This is pitiful.....
