Virgie & Larry to Meet Privately Tomorrow?

No lawyers, no press, no problem?

In a shocking announcement to the media, Virgie Arthur's lawyer, John O'Quinn, told reporters that Dannielynn's grandmother will meet privately with Larry Birkhead tomorrow, without any legal firepower in the room, "to figure out what they believe is in the best interest of this child -- and try to get it done."

According to O'Quinn, Birkhead and Arthur will try to hammer out a custody solution that the court will ultimately "like and approve."

Birkhead left the courtroom without commenting on the situation.

2. Well. TMZ finally tells the truth. There was no animosity or blocks from Larry or Virigie. Just more time to talk with no lawyers. Of course, the non-dad had to jump in front of the cameras to spin-evil monkey.

5. Why does Virgie need to be involved in what's best for Dannielynn? And why would the judge need to take her into account when awarding custody to Larry? Bitch needs to go away!

7. Update - Tom Pirtle (member of John O'Quinn's law firm) said he's not under gag order so he can discuss this custody hearing via Court TV and said:

The parties approached at the very beginning of the hearing and asked for another week to prepare their statement (more likely speaking of Larry and Virgie).

Pirtle said it was inappropriate for HKS to make an announcement such as implying Virgie is keeping this from moving forward, and it was another of HKS's attempts to use the media to his advantage.

10. Wow. Looks like virgie got some type of upper hand to cause this to happen. I hope Larry Birkhead wins and gets his daughter. Hes been fighting for his rights before ANS passed away. My prayers are with him.

14. Since when the hell does a grandmother need to have joint custody, if she's interested in visiting and being a part of her life???

Larry - don't give up your right to full and total custody of your daughter. You've fought the good fight, and stood strong throughout it all. Just count down the days until you and your daughter can go home and start ..or try and start...a normal life.
