Lindsay Goes Down Hard

A hurrying Lindsay Lohan took it on the shin last night while leaping into her SUV.

After guest DJing at LAX (the club, not the airport), TMZ caught La Lohan running to her vehicle, followed by a painful thud and yelp, as a hooded Lohan slipped and slammed her shin into the step. Ow!

She then hid her head in what must have been pain -- ducking low in the backseat so photogs couldn't get a shot of her.
