Angelina Jolie has filed a petition in L.A. County Superior Court to change the name of her latest adopted child from Pax Thien Jolie to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt.
In papers filed April 16 and obtained today by TMZ, Angelina -- the sole adoptive parent of Pax -- is requesting the change so it will reflect the last name of her partner, Brad Pitt, and so it is the same as that of her other three children.
Angelina adopted the three-and-a-half-year-old little boy from an orphanage in Vietnam last March.

Why don't Angelina and Brad just gonnne and ADMIT that they're married! We won't be MAD at em'. But adopting all these kids "out of wedlock" is becoming questionable! What man in his right mind is going to continuously sign his name to children that are not his especailly . . . if he's not married to the partner? Something fishy is going on here.

maybe they both could actually find the time to stay long enough in one place to raise all those kids! What a novel idea that would be. Adopting, changing names are one thing; parenting is a whole nother story. They are never in one place to know where they live, let alone know their own names. Notice that Angie is never seen holding her own biological child!!! What's with that?????

The kid is not in an orphanage with a zillion others. He's in a home with a mom and a dad and two sisters and a brother. How cool is that? He's got food, love and a chance at an education. He can go to any school and college his little heart desires.

She's asking for the name to be changed..Dosen't say anything about Brad adopting the child. I guess he said enough is enough.
