City Attorney on Paris: "No One Is Above the Law"

Rocky DelgadilloA rep for Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has released a statement to TMZ in support of the decision to sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail.

"City Attorney Delgadillo believes today's ruling sends a clear message that in the City of Los Angeles, no one is above the law."

11. Since the prosecutor did such a great job no I wish he could go after the underage drinking and driving from the clubs. That man needs to run for Mayor!!!!

13. Don't feel bad for her, she brought this on herself and even made things worse than they had to be. At least nobody lost their life due to her driving drunk...could have ended badly. Maybe others will think twice now...?

14. WoW, my ex-wife was arrested 5 times in two years for 3 DUI'S and 2 possessions of felony drug and was given probation and violated numerous times and wasn't sentenced to jail until 3 years later and barely did 2 weeks!
Paris got 45 days for driving under a suspended license in just six months?????
