City Attorney on Paris: "No One Is Above the Law"

Rocky DelgadilloA rep for Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has released a statement to TMZ in support of the decision to sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail.

"City Attorney Delgadillo believes today's ruling sends a clear message that in the City of Los Angeles, no one is above the law."

12. Since the prosecutor did such a great job no I wish he could go after the underage drinking and driving from the clubs. That man needs to run for Mayor!!!!

15. WoW, my ex-wife was arrested 5 times in two years for 3 DUI'S and 2 possessions of felony drug and was given probation and violated numerous times and wasn't sentenced to jail until 3 years later and barely did 2 weeks!
Paris got 45 days for driving under a suspended license in just six months?????
