Moments after Paris Hilton was sentenced to serve 45 in the clink, TMZ learned that her mother, Kathy, rushed over to the lead prosecutor and lashed out, "I want your autograph. This is pathetic."
In the same breath, as she walked out of the courtroom, Kathy looked up and said, "I can't believe all the money we spent on this."

This is about someone being responsible for their actions, this is about if you break the law you do your time.What part of that don't you get? I guess it was ok for her to drive drunk. Its a lucky thing she didnt kill someone, then it would have been another story. But I bet you and all of Paris fans would have still defended her actions even then. Let he who is without fault cast the first stone....I know many people who have had 2,3,4 DUI's, and NEVER did more than house arrest! Money doesn't ALWAYS buy you freedom...OBVIOUSLY! She's just pissed that she couldn't pay off the judge AND the prosecutor. Had it been anyone else, she knows damn well they deserved to go to jail. Of course, you're going to try and protect your children. BUT, when they're wrong, they're wrong...and must ultimately pay the price for their actions. Hopefully, Paris will learn and grow from this. I hope she spends a lot of her 45 days in jail doing some serious thinking and self evaluations!
