4. Having actually witnessed the embalming process, I don't blame them for not wanting it. Neither do I ! Direct cremation...don't want strangers slicing and dicing and sticking tubes in my dead body's cavities. Besides, too many necrophiliacs work in that business.

6. I don't believe these documents are authentic. How would someone get access to them. The guy is scamming some dumb people who are gullible enough to believe they are the real thing.

7. Eat S.O.S. Paris (creamed chipped beef on toast) you could use some humility. You are very ungrateful. Start making a list of things to be grateful about and quit your stupid girl ways. What the hell is wrong with your dump parents. Was dad just the sperm donor and mom the repository. I can't believe this crap.

10. If they didnt embalm Lucy what did they do with her? If you dont get embalmed then you are just put into a body bag and that is it. Lucy must have been cremated. This is morbid stuff and anyone who would wnat these death documents is a ghoul with nothing better to do.

11. When Lucille Ball died in April, 1989, she was immediately taken from the hospital and cremated, is what I understand. There were memorial services only after her death. I have read many times that she didn't want her death/funeral/burial to be a public spectacle like Marilyn Monroe's was. Lucy's ashes were interred next to her Mother Dee-Dee's in one of the Forest Lawn cemetaries in Los Angeles/Hollywood area. I had been there and seen the simple plaque: Morton---Lucille Ball (1911-1989).......The ashes were later moved, both Dee-Dee's and Lucy's, to the family plot in Jamestown, NY in 2002, where they will forever remain. I have also heard that Lucy was scared to death of needles/being cut, ect., and that is why she never had plastic surgery. This might also explain her fear of being embalmed, also.

12. What a tacky ebay auction. These aren't the actual wills -- they're XEROX photocopies that anyone could get as part of the public record.

13. I know for a fact that Lucille Ball was NOT embalmed. She died in April 1989 after a brief illness. She was cremated and her ashes intered at Forest Lawn Cemetary-Hollywood HIlls.

14. The "Lucy" impersonator in your photo is not Lisa Davis, but rather (the amazing) Suzanne LaRusch.
