Lohan Busted on Suspicion of DUI

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday and was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb, police told the Associated Press.

Lohan, 20, and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb on Sunset Blvd., Sgt. Mike Foxen told the AP.

"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries," Foxen said.

No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said. He went on to say that Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

Calls to Lohan's rep were not immediately returned.

227. Well Well,seems Ms.LiLo was saying she wasn't drinking at the clubs only dancing. We don't believe anything that comes out of you or your mothers mouth. Now what think you can get away with out prison,the good decent people of La must be nervous driving around. If there not drunk they do a 100 and kill good folk. Something needs to be done and fast,like the courts need to send the message,you drink,you drive you lose. have you heard that campaign???????????

229. Lindsay lohan is a hypocritical, lying, DRUNK & DRUGGIE. We all know about her DUI this weekend, about her arrest, about her fleeing the scene of an accident and about her coke in her car. What makes her a Drunk is she went to a party yesterday & today, and left at 4am; DRUNK OFF HER ASS. She had to be driven in her own car by her supposed lesbian lover, and ended up throwing up on the street. What makes her a lying hypocrit is her 30 day sober chip from AA hanging from her rear view mirror. She didn't learn anything from rehab; she's still lying to herself & everyone else.

Please Harvey stop trying to make this sound like this kid just has a DUI, she has drugs on her she needs to do some hard time and not in rehab, plus this little bitch will blame the photographers for her crash. I am so tired of her and her mother, this girl is a mess and should do hard time that is the only way she is going to learn.

Lindsey go to jail, rehab does not work for you you have been there before so do the time since you did the crime.

232. I am not a fan of Lindsey Lohan. She need to go to jail before she hurt someone. And she doesn't deserved to be an actress what she did. And I don't understand why these Hollywood agents or movie proudcers hired her for the part of the movies role. That why the movie she was with Jane Fonda wasn't rated successful and because of her bahavior. And why Hollywood is going down. Most of the fans prefered watching old movies for example, like John Wayne movies, Musical movie like 1952's Moulin Rouge with Zsa Zsa Gabor, the 1960's beach movies and Western cowboy movies. Sorry! That's my opinion.

Somebody has to keep the police, the drug dealers, rehab centers, clothes designers, booze/dance clubs, luxury car dealers and the Papparzzi in business.
