Lohan Busted on Suspicion of DUI

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday and was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb, police told the Associated Press.

Lohan, 20, and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb on Sunset Blvd., Sgt. Mike Foxen told the AP.

"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries," Foxen said.

No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said. He went on to say that Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

Calls to Lohan's rep were not immediately returned.

79. hollywood has a severe problem. someone is going to be KILLED. i just wonder who is serving someone under 20, and getting away with it. these bars and bartenders are also serving people who are already intoxicated. aside from all the alcoholics, and alcoholics in the making, there are a lot of bars and bartenders who are breaking the laws. they need to be arrested! all of the 'IT" bars are always being mentioned. some of the "IT" bars need to be closed down, BEFORE SOMEONE YOUNG ACTOR OR ACTRESS OR INNOCENT VICTIM, DIES!!!!!!

80. Jane Fonda is some how related to Lindsay.....and Jane said on Larry King that she was out of control.......on the set of the movie. I think they drive DUI because TMZ will print it when they wreck their cars.......I guess the poor pathetic losers have no real talent...LOL

87. These girls should hide their faces in shame. They consider themselves role models for the young girls of today. I don't think so. Lindsay's mother is so busy spending her daughter's money, she can't see the girl needs some serious help. Between Paris, Britney and Lindsay, they should lock all of them up.

90. Who were the two "adult" ppl with her? Her mom possiby? She is Linds party partner. Who had the house party last night? Lindsey is young, and hopefully growing and learning, but she has a serious addiction that isn't being addressed. Jail time will scare her for awhile, but unless she gets prolonged help with her addictions she will retreat back to her old ways. IMO
