TMZ has obtained an official press release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept., explaining the terms and reasons for Hilton's "reassignment" from an L.A. jail to her West Hollywood home.

7. Health reasons, really? More like dollar reasons. Don't statistics state that somewhere around 75% of those incarcerated are mentally ill? I don't see those health reasons working. She's definately ill. What else could it be, that there afraid she'll starve? believe me, w/o cocaine, she'll eventually eat. This is utter BS.

13. If I lived in California, I would be calling the sheriff's dept., the governor, anyone that would listen. This really just sucks.
14. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. All I can say she got away with it. I am sure whatever medical reason she supposedly has its just BS. Don't understand why they are banned from saying what her suppose medical reason is. Unless its HIV.
