TMZ has learned that Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered that Paris Hilton appear in court for the hearing, which is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM PDT.
A Los Angeles County Sheriff's vehicle is already on the way to pick up the heiress from her West Hollywood home.

This whole thing is obviously a joke ... she won't go back to jail ... and yes, at the end of her terrible house arrest she'll be bad on Robertson & clubbing it because she's an attention whore and can't handle being out of the spotlight ... loves the attention good or bad ... remember the porn video ... she really doesn't care as long as we're all paying attention to her. All I hope is that the Sheriff does not get re-elected to another term, the new season of The Simple Life does not get ratings and that people start staying at Marriotts or Westins instead of the Hilton brand hotels ... these are the only things that will get real attention because their cash flow is connected to the success. Pop culture is completely out of control .... to the idiots who think that people like Paris, Lindsey and Britney are positive influences on our kids ... WOW! ...
