TMZ has learned that Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered that Paris Hilton appear in court for the hearing, which is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM PDT.
A Los Angeles County Sheriff's vehicle is already on the way to pick up the heiress from her West Hollywood home.

This whole thing is obviously a joke ... she won't go back to jail ... and yes, at the end of her terrible house arrest she'll be bad on Robertson & clubbing it because she's an attention whore and can't handle being out of the spotlight ... loves the attention good or bad ... remember the porn video ... she really doesn't care as long as we're all paying attention to her. All I hope is that the Sheriff does not get re-elected to another term, the new season of The Simple Life does not get ratings and that people start staying at Marriotts or Westins instead of the Hilton brand hotels ... these are the only things that will get real attention because their cash flow is connected to the success. 14. good if her name was not Hilton she is not talented enough or pretty enough to even be a celbrity she desrves to be in jail for violating probabtion.driving with your headlights off she was probably under the influence for that traffic stop to and as a peron who is on probation in NJ I feel no sympathy for her if i violate i will be in jail for a year for posseion of marijuana which i think is less harmful than driving drunk that stupid whore.
