You morons, who waste your time commenting on this triviality, are sorry losers with barely a chic pea of intellect to claim as your own. What’s more, you add absolutely nothing interesting to the mix.
Also, the Jesus-freaks that come in here pushing their Jesus propoganda about redemption through prison are just as amazingly obnoxious as their chimp Republican Presidential icon/false-god, who has made a mockery of the Presidency and almost reduced America to a third-world country. I am just surprised that he hasn’t ushered in a New Inquisition, complete with torture racks for sinners—meaning anyone who isn’t a grinning, drooling Southern Baptist.

Paris Hilton serves 45 days while a Preachers wife serves 210 days for cold blooded murder??

I live in Los Angeles and I AM NOT A FAN of Paris Hilton and feel she is a bad example to our young people. With that said, I feel she is being treated more harshly than an average person because she is rich.
The preachers wife who murdered her husband got 210 days in prison and Paris will have to serve 45? This sounds crazy to me.
I NEVER watch Fox News, but even the right wing news show is saying Paris is being punished because she is rich and because Sheriff Baca made a bad decision. The FAULT here is with Sheriff Baca. HE LET HER OUT. She was going to serve 21 days, now she has to serve 45. Sheriff Baca is the one that should be punished. Fox claims they could not find ONE California case where a person was sent to jail for the same offense. Look at Mel Gibson. He has never served one day for his behavior. I am angry that the Mayor of LA, the LA District Attorney and the LA City Counsel came down hard on Paris Hilton. LOS ANGELES, PUT THE BLAME WHERE IT IS DESERVED.... WITH SHERIFF BACA and the Sheriff's department and DO NOT punish Paris more harshly for his bad judgement.

Good for them - they better not let her out for "good behavior" - whining and crying like a little wimp is not good behavior.

I say put her in General Public (PD). She has got it good. I have a friend in jail, being accused of something he didn't do. They have 2 showers, 3 toilets and 2 sinks for 140 inmate. Maybe she should know how it feels to wait to go to the toilet, wash your hands and brush your teeth...

There are so many problems with out system and the ACLU can't even keep up with it all...it they do anything at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

As you can see from the document, he was going to hold her in contempt (which would have ordered more jail time), but it was discharged.
