ADD Is What Ails Paris

Paris HiltonTMZ has learned that Paris Hilton suffers from extreme Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and claustrophobia, and these conditions may have triggered the Sheriff's decision to spring her from Lynwood Jail last week.

We're told Hilton is taking Adderall for her ADD. Although our sources were not specific, we're told Hilton was not receiving all of her medications at Lynwood. As a result, Hilton was having severe panic attacks in jail. There were times she was so debilitated, she could not push the panic button in her cell.

As for how she's doing today, she's depressed but not really crying. She has a pencil and a pad of paper and she's spending her time writing down her thoughts. We're also told she's losing weight -- although she's no Nicole Richie.

16. Well now. Her sickness sure beats out those dying in there and who are doing time in the real part of the jail. NOT! If she can hold a damn pencil, she can go back to her one-man cell and give beds to 4 others in the medical ward WHO REALLY NEED IT. THAT would be nice of Parasite!

17. I can see why Paris is having problems.
She does indeed have an attention deficit these days- being in jail and all.
It is difficult to understand the claustrophobia as we have all viewed her in various compromising positions which involve very close quarters.
Happy that she feels she should write down her thoughts. That pad of paper should last the entire 45 days.

18. Apparently you IDIOTS have NO idea what it's like to suffer from ADD - try putting a hyper puppy into a box and close the lid. Panic attacks are a common side affect of ADD.

19. He let her go because of ADD!!! That's why the Sheriff didn't want to show the medical report during his comments the other day. He's a piece of work. I wonder how much he was paid by the Hiltons to let her go?

20. I, BABBS am just standing up for justice. I know Paris has done wrong and yes she should do the time. BUT what most people aren't getting thru their thick heads is the fact that she has already served her time under LA County circumstances. Everyone else only does 10% for that type of offense.

The Judge put restrictions on Paris nobody else would get. Where were the restrictions on Michelle Rodriquez when she violated probation and got 60 days?

Sheriff Baca has a hard time dealing with overcrowding, understaffing and underbudget restrictions. Once a person is released into his custody he is the be all end all as to what happens to that person. And he felt it necessary to release Paris with electronic monitoring.

The City Prosecutors don't file motions with the Judge for anyone else. Where were the motions when Michelle Rodriquez was out within hours on a 60 day sentence?

Sheriff Baca should send home 50 women with one of them being Paris! The judge doesn't want electronic monitoring so send her home a free woman!

Paris isn't being treated like anyone and everyone in LA County!!!!

FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!! FREE PARIS!!

ADD??? claustrophobia??? this keeps on getting more pathetic. i really thought it might have been something serious, so i was going to give her the benefit of the doubt, but come on!! send her back to that small cell and let her work her ADD out in there. what a bunch of crock!

24. Interesting how her claustrophobia doesn't affect her when she's whipping around town in her tight-compartmented sports car!!!

25. ADD???????????????? That's a reason to let her out of jail? The sheriff has lost his mind. Fire or recall Caca NOW!

So, she's writing down her thoughts. Soon we will have a slim volume of Paris' jail rantings for which she will be paid millions.

26. That corrupt, paid off Sheriff let her out for ADD and claustrophobia? LOL! There would have been THOUSANDS of other inmates complaining of the same thing if she would have been allowed to stay out.

27. Harvey, since you're so far up Paris's ass you can taste her breakfast, tell us what she had.

Oh wait, you already did.

Keep the lame excuses for Paris coming! They're highly entertaining.

28. who isn't claustrophobic in a jail cell? Isn't that the POINT?! & I also don't buy the ADD argument.

29. If this worhtless tramp is experiencing a modicum of suffering perhaps there is some slight chance that she may break through the narcissistic mind set that her witless family substituted for parenting.

30. If it is only ADD and claustrophobia - then why were the judge and prison officials not told about this - This is BS - she should be put back in jail with the general public!

These "teetering on the edge" medical conditions, sure didn't affect her when she was partying or slithering down the red carpet now did they????

ADD does not cause racism either. Bet this flea bag just needed to be dried out
