Lohan Allegedly Coked Up During Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan was allegedly drunk and had cocaine in her system during an early morning smash-up in Beverly Hills on Memorial Day weekend.

According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. around 5:30 AM on May 26. In California, drivers with a .08 or higher are legally drunk.

Police tell TMZ Lohan and two other adults were in the car at the time of the accident. After the crash, she was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries, then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Cops later said they found a "usable amount" of cocaine in the car.

We're told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case." Berk added, "It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."

46. What comes around, goes around. Of course she should do time if the law states that a first offender of a DUI possessing of illegal drugs should do. Its not the same as Paris, though (not defending anyone). Paris outrightly voilated her probation. And Dina Lohan should be tested for drugs in her system. Daddy Lohan may get the kids after all. Its amazing that all the money Lindsey has, she would blow it on blow. These rich girls don't realize how lucky they have it and should visit a poverty stricken place to wake up and see the big picture. Its not all about yourself. If it wasn't for the fans, she wouldn't have made the money.

50. So since she was well over the legal limit and UNDERAGE will the DA or anyone investigate the club she was at to see if they allowed a minor into their place and also served a minor alcohol? I would not mind seeing some of the clubs getting hit for letting underage celebs in.

55. Hmmm...does this really suprise anyone? The strange thing is, we have made these people into what they are today. We inflate their egos by paying them SO much money to "act" or "sing" (if that's what you call it), and then they think they are some sort of royalty, with most ending up being MAJOR trainwrecks (brittany, lindsay, tom sizemore and on and on.....)and then we grip that they have gone crazy...blah blah blah. I'm not suprised, neither should anyone else act like they're in shock. We have not made these people be accountable yet, why start now? Why do we put so much emphasis on entertainment? This is nuts. I really don't care anymore.

58. HOLY CRAP!!! HOW NEWS WORTHY!!! A "celebrity" caught driving under the influence! Next it'll be Britney Spears with a DUI.

A DUI is the BEST publicity! If they're caught and go to jail, it's cheaper than rehab & they get on Larry King. Hell, even Tom Sizemore got a reduced sentence! Maybe Lindsay will get out of jail early due to a medical condition -- firecrotch!
