11. When she got the bracelet, she probably removed the battery somewhere in Hollywood (at a club), and wore it as an accessory. It "made" her have street cred in the clubs as a true talent in the world of the Party Industry.

15. She was wearing it VOLUNTARILY, not under court order...so it isn't like it was illegal for her to drink. They have to stop casting her altogether- it isn't fair to the crews of the movies she is destroying.
