In a surprising move, OK! Magazine says they're going to show Britney as she really was on the day of her disastrous photo shoot -- the good, the bad and the unbelievably ugly!
In an exclusive statement to TMZ, OK! Editor-in-Chief Sarah Ivens said, "OK! Magazine spent a heartbreaking day with Britney Spears and witnessed first-hand an emotional cry for help that will leave you shocked and sad. This week, on newsstands Friday, the truth will be told."
As TMZ first reported, Britney had a complete and total meltdown during the interview and photo shoot. OK! was faced with a huge decision; to run the horrifying photos as is and risk ruining their relationship with Brit (and potentially her career), or run a sanitized -- and untrue-- article.
In the end, it appears as if OK! chose journalism over Hollywood. OK! is OK!

britney has become a totaly prostitute,, just look at the way she dresses.. for the photoshoot right before the OK interview,, she looked like a total slut,, and there's new pics where she's pole dancing. she totally has become a slut and she's out of her mind.. psycho!!!
I read the article in Okay magazine and while I can't say for sure whether the magazine folk are genuinely sympathetic, it was written in that tone. The story was so sad and horrifying, it didn't sound false or exaggerated. I do have one question though, why oh why are the paparrazzi still allowed to hound these people as if they weren't even human beings with rights or feelings. Britney has already snapped so badly she shaved her head and took an umbrella to the paparazzi, she had no need to try to cover that up with some stupid lie about a movie roll. According to the article the photogs followed her to the ocean where she stripped to her underwear and frollicked in the cold waves. That is not cute, read between the lines. She wasn't playing to the cameras, she is a tragically disturbed young woman being driven further over the edge by these predators. This is not journalism and should not be covered by freedom of the press. It is a sick twisted trend that will not be changed until there is yet another death. The paparrazzi killed Princess Diana but they got away with it because her driver was found to have alcohol in his blood. That didn't make it okay for those parasites to be chasing her in the first place. Readers don't buy magazines for these paparazzi photos, in fact most of us are disgusted by them. Britney needs serious psychiatric help and those jackals need to leave her alone.
I agree, the Paps need to leave people like Britney alone. Maybe they don't realize it, but they ARE driving famous celebrities to their deaths. Those with obvious mental problems like Britney DO NOT need to be in the spotlight all the time. They need a break.
i dont' believe it - she would never allow that to happen - why would she contact them, give them a good lead, and then trash her? i doubt it
And to think, I used to want to be a child star! Mr. and Mrs. Fanning, please take your kids back to the suburbs and away from crazy Hollywood. It's not worth it. These kids have no real sense of reality after the child star experience and become trainwrecks in the making. So sad. Money does not buy happiness!
Could they possibly be worse than those ones taken while she was pregnant for the second time?!
