Lindsay Lohan is refusing to accept responsibility for her Tuesday morning DUI arrest, releasing a straight-to-the-point statement to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush yesterday:
"Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

271. I feel sorry for her, she had no one around who wasn't out to get something for themselves first to teach her the REAL difference between right and wrong. Too bad whenever people make it in Hollywood their so called friends and family turn into money hungry, spotlight searching vampires and forget about how to care for their friend or family member without thinking about what's in it for them. 272. Yeah right, the cocaine isn't mine. I'm sick and tired of watching these rich, spoiled, broads, get away with murder. Look at Paris Hilton. What is so great about her besides her parents being wealthy? She can't sing, she can't act, all she does is party and stand there waiting to be photographed. It's really not her fault, it's the "street people" who love this kind of crap. Just like standing in line for 24 hrs. to buy a Harry Potter book, why? I can't wait to see what will happen to poor Lindsay when she has to appear in court. I love it when they get busted and then run to a rehab center to make the public and the courts feel sorry for them.

278. The fact of the matter is that it doesn't really matter much if the drugs are hers or not. Tons of innocent people get caught with other people's drugs. Guess what? DOES NOT MATTER. You still put yourself in that position ... and more importantly, got caught.
Regardless, she's guilty as sin. Those are her drugs. I was kinda sticking up for her until now. But now I hate her as much as Paris ... which is a lot.

282. She says she is innocent? Innocent of what? Innocent of driving drunk and having cocaine in her pocket? I guess someone must have forced the Grey Goose (or whatever alcoholic libation she prefers) down her throat, forced her to drive, and then slipped the bag of cocaine in her pocket.
I was really hoping that she had turned her life around, but, alas.... I hope she will be able to start accepting responsibility... she needs to understand that her destructive behavior is only getting worse and worse.
