Well, I believe the legal age of consent is 16. I am not sure how cali laws affect this. BUT since we do not know if the pair has had a sexual encounter then we can not call her boyfriend a predator. In Cali, if you have sex with a girl under 18 it's statutory rape! When they got together, he was 21 and she was 16 and it's almost a year later. Now, unless the guy is a religious freak and wants to wait for marriage; why would a 21 yr old (college graduate) go out with a 10th grader (high school)? He's had sex with her!
