Hayden Panettiere likes her job and her man -- well, it's sure she likes the job. After a talk with 21-year-old borefriend Stephen Colletti at a local copy shop, the nearly voting aged Hayden was off -- "to work." Hayden chatted with a pap about being famous and her "Heroes" cast, saying that they were the "best cast ever."
The cheerleader offered no comment on the boyfriend.

I know that Hayden is a very pretty girl, but come on TMZ...she's barely 18...and you have a countdown until she turn's 18...kinda weird and creepy - all the attention you give to a young girl...or do you just believe in starting young... maybe you can now focus on other up and coming starlets - should be a couple of 12 or 13 year olds you can set your sights on.

9. Well, I believe the legal age of consent is 16. I am not sure how cali laws affect this. BUT since we do not know if the pair has had a sexual encounter then we can not call her boyfriend a predator. A little much if you ask me. She is way cute and good for her she has a boyfriend. Yall are just trying to knock her as much as possible!

In Cali, if you have sex with a girl under 18 it's statutory rape! When they got together, he was 21 and she was 16 and it's almost a year later. Now, unless the guy is a religious freak and wants to wait for marriage; why would a 21 yr old (college graduate) go out with a 10th grader (high school)? He's had sex with her!
