Williams did so well he ended up winning the game -- and a Diane Merrick leopard print handbag. Take That! Also in attendance were glamazon Dita von Teese and the evening's host, "Superbad" star Erica Vittina Phillips (right).

76. It is a shame that Americans tend to like whatever is shoved down their throats when it comes to music. There are so many singers and bands from other countries who are a whole lot better than the top forty crap that's on the airwaves. Explore people!

77. Robbie is looking nice with his tan, but he's worn that shirt like 5000 times now! In any case I love him!
He's not only a talented songwriter with a nice voice and great stage presence, but he also presents himself in a very honest and real "this is who I am" way. He's got flaws and he's not afraid to admit to them, unlike the majority of American celebs who tend to be painfully manufactured. He also isn't afraid to take risks musically. LOL you'll probably never see JT make an album of Rat Pack standards or try to marry techno, hip hop and country styles in a given song, but Robbie's done that and a ton more in his career. Plus he's clever and charming, and can actually hold down a witty conversation unlike the somewhat gramaticallyt challenged JT, and the even more illiterate Britney, Paris...ect. Just give him a chance!

Though he probably doesn't give a rat's ass about what people write about him on the web, he deserves respect instead of ignorant questions you're too lazy to find the answers to. Please try to understand that a celebrity, regardless what country he/she is from has the right to do celebrity things in LA/NY and the US in general! So what if Robbie plays bingo or goes out to the clubs and hangs out with Lindsay Lohan?? He does it because he can...he's a bona-fide celeb.

Also somebody just mentioned Kylie Minogue but I've got a couple more global superstars you've probably never heard of for you to check out..Italy's Eros Ramazzotti and Laura Pausini.
They're both massive in Europe (especially Eros, who's estimated to be the world's biggest-selling non-English pop act) They have been successful in the US Latin market as well, but everyone else deserves to hear them too! Don't be scared to open your eyes and ears and listen without judgement!

Finally, anytime a dumbass ignorant question pops into your head...Google,then YouTube and then maybe even iTunes or the music store!!

78. anyone who says that america has the worst sense of musical taste and refuses to open its eyes to foreign-made music probably has never been here and is simply repeating the same crap spewed on this message board.
putting aside all of the great classic rock bands from britain (i.e. led zeppelin, the who, rolling stones, etc) and 90s british favorites (spice girls, george michael, etc) that have topped our charts, our current top 40 is constantly sprinkled with foreign-born artists (rihanna, nickelback, nelly furtado, coldplay, enrique iglesias, shakira....need i name more?). the fact is, robbie williams, kylie minogue, and even american-born anastacia can't crack the US market since their style doesn't appeal to americans, just as americans largely reject euro-techno and new age, and the same way foreigners hate rap and bubble-gum pop. americans view robbie, kylie, and anastacia the same way they view NFLer dan marino...the guy may have been one of the greatest quarterbacks ever, but he couldnt bring his team to a super bowl ring and his raw talent is overlooked. by the same token, robbie may be extraordinarily talented but his inability to seize the US market is a big strike against him. JT has topped charts all over the world...robbie's got one more hurdle to clear.

79. Robbie Williams lives in LA because it suits him & he can have some personal space there & live a relatively normal life. I am sure that he is very happy with the fact that he is not BIG as people call is in the Unites States...that fact does not bother him or us Europeans at all.....
Robbie is mega-talented, a great songwriter , a fantastic all-round entertainer & there is no-one out there to beat him live...Last year in 5 months he played to 3.7 million people worldwide ...he must be doing something right if he can break the world record for selling 1.6 million tickets in one day.Robbie talent is recognised all over the world...if people in the USA do not like him or even bother to listen to his music & lyrics then its their loss.
