Standing in the very same spot where he smacked down a TMZ photog last month, "CSI" actor Gary Dourdan was unusually talkative after spending some time at Hyde lounge last night.
Dourdan was consumed with enthusiasm as he left the Hollywood watering hole around 2:30 AM, rambling on and on ... and on to photogs about everything from politics to marriage to his classic car -- which he got in and drove home.
1. He didn't swing at anybody? Is he feeling okay?

6. Where is his apology for attacking the TMZ photographer? I used to be a great fan of his on CSI, but he sounds like a self centered egotistical jerk. Why can't TMZ have the decency to mention the photographer's name in this article? The photographer should have pressed charges. If TV, Screen or Music celebrities don't like publicity--they should get into another career.

11. I guess I wasn’t visiting TMZ the day he smacked a photog....so I know nothing about it....too bad he felt the need to do that. However, I think he is seriously SEXY! Except that he appears to have had too much to drink and got into his car to drive….that I don’t respect.
