16. Why does TMZ allow you ass wholes to post comments that are so damn rude! Come on John is the innocent one people. I do agree that Nick need to spend some time in jail, because no one should be excused from this act of neglect and just plain recklessness. My heart goes out to everyone’s family, although nick is in the wrong I am sure he never wanted this to happen. He made a very stupid decision. If Hogan spent less time interfering in his daughters’ life, and who she is dating, then maybe the streets would have been safer.

18. My guess is that Nick was racing his dad!!!!! The Hulkster showed up at the scene pretty quickly!! Plus, the car that was racing Nick was a silver Viper....Coincidence that Nick used to have a silver Viper? I think not!!!

19. Right this moment Nick is picking out a new car and Daddy Hogan is standing in Brooke's closet helping her get dressed.

The only think Hogan knows best is how to raise loser kids.

21. How horribly sad that John survived two stints in Iraq only to come home and get busted up by his irresponsible friend ??????? Doesn't anyone out there in Hollyweird, Florida, wherever, get THE message! These stupid, ignorant kids who are given far tooooo much far tooooo soon don't know how to be responsible people because their parents make sure of that. The Hogan's screwed up with these kids. Flaunting their no-talent daughter who is out their flaunting her body (God knows why) and boasting about their very dangerous son.......what jerks!!! And the cops that let him off, well, shame on you. I hope they go after you .... you are afraid and intimidated by these dumb kids 'cause their parents have clout. Get your heads out of your asses and take responsibility for your kid's actions and mistakes......you brought them into this world, now DO THE RIGHT THING .....I mean you Hogan Family!!!!!

22. like you wouldn't take the opportunity to make the money their family has made from the reality tv show? Terry and Linda love their children & have given them too much, but not on purpose. It just happens when you have a lot. Kids make bad decisions, so do parents - but that doesn't make them bad people. Why are all of you people who take time to blog on these sites, so angry at them? They are actually pretty down to earth, you haven't a clue. Maybe none of you will ever have a child that enjoys driving cars fast, or takes drugs, or goes to jail... but that very unlikely. You KNOW what is happening to them is more REAL than you will admit.

25. This accident is a terrible tragedy. I believe that the passenger got in that car knowing that Nick was a wreckless driver, but probably thought it would never happen to him. Young people often delude themselves into thinking that. Those of you who think that Hulk Hogan focuses to much on his daughter need to realize that even though it is called reality tv, that fixation on his daughter is scripted. Otherwise the show would be very boring. Finally, celebrities have trouble separating themselves from fantasy and reality. Too much is thrown at them that they aren't ready to handle. The young ones especially have trouble drawing limits on what they can and can't do. I think it is about time that our fascination with these young celebrities ceases so that they can be allowed to grow up in a more normal environment. Perhaps then, they can mature more easliy, and make more rational decisions.

26. I support Nick and the whole Hogan family. This was a accident, yes he shouldn't of been speeding but the other boy knew how he drove, maybe he shouldnt have gotten in the car with him

27. I never watched wrestling/Hulk, but my son did when he was 4 or 5. He is 20 now... I just saw one of the hogan shows on accident & liked it - because they seem real to me somehow. Don't have to be wrestling fans to watch the hogan show. it is interesting to watch with a glass of wine and friends! Do you always take EVERYTHING so seriously? I feel sorry for all of them having to go through this. I pray to God everyday, maybe they do to - do you know ANYTHING about that # 26?

28. How about we all pray for the recovery of this poor innocent kid, and then pray some judge will take away Nick's license indefinitely, so no one else has to wind up a victim, as well as himself. But seeing the way they handle these things in California, I suppose he'll get a slap on the wrist and Hulk will sign the judges gavel.

30. #29 Why is it always the other person's fault - "he knew how he drove" what about the other innocent people driving or children riding their bikes. It is not an accident when you are going at high speeds ON PURPOSE. Even if the poor kid wasan't in his car, he could have killed someone else. Anyway, he should have spoken to his soon about this manaic driving being he knew about it. He has no right driving like that on public streets and practically killing someone. He should go to jail, had enough warnings.
