The former Disney Channel star has put on 15 pounds of muscle for his upcoming role in "Indiana Jones 4" -- but he's still wearing the same size pants.

Jeezus, I had no idea there were so many smoking Nazis out there. You're all acting like he's snorting a line or something.
I think this kid is the bee's knees. Intelligent, well-spoken, wicked sense of humor, talented as all hell, but totally real and down to earth. Just look how cute he is here; everyone has thrust him into this Mr. Hollywood, "It Boy" status, but here he is kickin' back in Toluca at some random little joint with his California Raisins t-shirt. Totally unpretentious. He's awesome.
Thank you voice of reason "Heistalented"....since when is Shia LaBeouf a role model for the children of the world? It is absolutely frightening to think that parents would look to celebs to be role models for their kids, but not at all suprising given the time and effort that would go into they themselves providing the power of example. And by the way, where is the bashing of Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, etc... when they are puffing away? Someone on the elusive TMZ staff was certainly feeling rather bitchy today!
youkillme(#31),
You left a scenario off your list--what about the healthy person that gets lung cancer, not as a result of smoking, but from exposure to second-hand smoke? What about that one? You kinda conveniently left that one out. Second-hand smoke kills just as, if not more, than first-hand smoke. Therefore, when someone is smoking in public i.e. Shia, it is indeed other people's business. It's everyone's business. When people stop getting terminally ill from second-hand smoke, then you can say people need to mind their own business. I've seen people get asthma attacks because someone was smoking in public. I personally have had allergy attacks from second-hand smoke. If a person wants to do something that causes only him/herself to get ill, then that's that person's issue to deal with. But when it effects others' health in a negative way, then it's everybody's issue and you (and anybody else who shares your view)best expect and accept that noise is going to be made about it.
Love to love him!!!!! What a cutie, great actor- hope he will keep a low profile- which is part of the attraction by fans- much respect!!!!!
Oh my gosh this picture totally makes me hate Shia!!! NOT!! Get over it! I smoke and even if I didn't I'd still feel the same way. He's GROWN he can do what he wants. So lets grow up and stop scrutinizing him. MUAH!!
He's as hot as that cigarette, I can tell you that. I'm the last one to endorse smoking, but who cares whether he does it or not. He's cute, but him smoking doesn't make me want to smoke, also. He's just an actor. Although, I must agree, smoking is a terrible habit and I don't want anything to my poor little Shia!
eff that crap. people smoke daily. leave him alone. his choice. it doesn't matter who has died from it.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
