Britney Spears is in Vegas again, y'all! The popwreck, who's scheduled to open MTV's "Video Music Awards" on Sunday, checked into her $25,000 a night Palms Casino Resort villa yesterday, reports People. Ding dang, that's an expensive room!

Brit-Brit's flight was forced to circle the airport a few times before landing, so she was a couple of hours late for her pre-show rehearsal with gothy illusionist/Las Vegas ladykiller Criss Angel.




Vanessa Hudgens: I'm Sorry, Embarrassed

"High School Musical" star/Zac Efron arm candy Vanessa Hudgens says she's embarrassed about the nude photo that made its way to the Internet on Thursday.

The barely legal actress released a statement through her rep late Friday that said, "I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends," reports the Daily News.

There are photos of Hudgens naked, and some in her underwear -- in a bedroom with a red curtain behind her. Racy!

A spokesperson for the Walt Disney Co., which produced the "High School Musical" franchise, says it's sticking by Hudgens. Said Disney Channel spokeswoman Patti McTeague, "Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment. We hope she's learned a valuable lesson."

17. Perhaps Hudgens should have been embarrassed when the photos were BEING TAKEN! I don't think this is a good enough excuse. Disney should stand behind its values and the image it sells to its audience and NOT support the morally questionable actions of its stars. What message does this now send to impressionable pre-teens who idolize Hudgens? That it's okay to get embroiled in a nude photo mess if you apologize afterwards? I don't think so! Stop supporting Hollywood whoring around! Apologizing doesn't make her lack of judgment right or better.

18. Vanessa Hudgens has already been taken over the knee for a good public spanking, and I think it should be left at that. Yes she was a young role model and worked for Disney, but no one on this earth is perfect. She made a mistake, just like other young people of her age do on a regular basis, and I think she has learned a valuable lesson.

1. She's 18, an adult and she took naked pics for her boyfriend. Big deal. Oh hell, ladies, we've all done that. Doesn't mean anything.

That's if you buy that story. I don't.

This young girl posed nude big deal, With role models for our young women today of paris and nicole and lindsey posing nude in a bathroom is a lot better then being pulled over for dui and cocaine god know's what in her pocket. But..
Take a page from Scarlett J. and Jessica Alba, etc...and those like her. Take the high road.

You can and should do better. Because if you have to stoop to the level of "pretending" to have pictures posted on the net of what were "privae" (wink wink) then you are either really stupid for letting people talk you into this, because you just admitted you cannot get by on your talent alone. Dumbass.

30. The picture of Vanessa I saw (in an online tabloid) wasn't exactly hardcore.

My kids will get to see HSM2 (on its European preview this month) regardless, and Disney will get their monthly rental fee out of my pocket. They would be best off letting this incident be overshadowed by the next celeb crotch flashing incident, and keeping Vanessa in the upcoming HSM 3.
