15. I don't quite understand people's problems with the age difference. There are age gaps so much bigger than 12 years in show business. I get that 18 is young, but Hayden's been acting since she was tiny! She's a lot more mature than most girls her age. And in my honest opinion Milo looks nowhere near 30. So the age gap seems a lot less than it really is.
