Phil Spector -- Hung?

The jury in the Phil Spector trial has indicated to a judge that they have been unable to come to reach a verdict.

Superior Court Judge Larry Fidler says he is considering giving the jury the option of weighing a possible manslaughter charge. The jury is currently considering only a second degree murder charge against the music producer.

The judge has just asked the jurors how they are split. The foreperson has told the judge they are divided 7 to 5. No word on how many are voting for a guilty verdict or how many are leaning towards acquittal.

How can you POSSIBLY think this loony tune is not guilty?
How can you even consider that a beautiful woman, with loving friends and family, would wait until the wee hours of the morning at a stranger's house to off herself?
It just doesn't make sense. The man went through 3 lawyers, that ought ot tell the jury something right there.
