That's a Spicy Robot

R2-D2The culinary world has entered a galaxy far far away.

Japan will begin selling what is possibly the greatest spice dispenser ever created. The Star Wars pepper mill shaped like R2-D2 is available in two color schemes, the famous blue and white made famous in the George Lucas films and the black and gold R2-Q5, which may or may not be R2-D2's doppelganger.

Pre-orders are available now for the February 29th, 2008 release date.

6. I'm thankful I had no idea about R2-Q5. That may mean, despite being a cartoonist and comic geek, that I have some ounce of coolness. Somwhere. http://www.buddyandhopkins.com
