I do not care about the skin or wrinkles. Hell she's old she is supposed to look like that.
HOWEVER, born in 1921 or not, it seems like she could afford a toothbrush. Pay someone to brush her teeth for her even. There is no excuse for a rich person having bad hygene.

She is 86 years old...give her a break! She does a lot of good work for the Special Olympics and a bunch of other charities...probably WAY more good than any of you have done or will do!
