14. I do not care about the skin or wrinkles. Hell she's old she is supposed to look like that.
HOWEVER, born in 1921 or not, it seems like she could afford a toothbrush. Pay someone to brush her teeth for her even. There is no excuse for a rich person having bad hygene.
