Hiding behind her black and white pap screen on a sunny L.A. afternoon, Biel shouted, "Get out of my way!" and "Get a real job that doesn't involve stalking people!" toward snapping paparazzi.

If the paps are invited by the "target", then go for it.
Otherwise you are invading their lives and personal space and they should be allowed to throw rocks at you. There should be open season declared on pap stalkers and they should be shot with potato cannons and Cheeto rockets.
