She wasn't drinking? Uh, could that be because she had come in TO drink, but spotted him first and left? Of course.

Let's reverse it. She's drinking at the bar, Kaplan walks in. He wouldn't use that against her? Of COURSE he would. He, after all, has a client he represents in a custody action against someone deemed by the judge to be chronically using...and there she is at the bar...and Kaplan is witnessing it firsthand.

12. ..A Legal Mind.....she isn't allowed to drink 12 hrs BEFORE seeing her kids..( or something like that)...NOBODY said she couldn't drink !...and when was the last time ANYBODY saw her drunk since these orders were put in place...she obviously is trying to stay in line and get back on track....whats so wrong with sitting in a nice hotel bar and having a drink???...nothing against the law there...
