2. Just confirms my opinion that he's a geniune, down-to-earth person. Not many famous ones like that around now.

5. The example of a "celebrity" that still does not consider himself above the regular people. Even though I am not a Garth Brooks fan I tip my hat to him over the way he handles his fans.

8. To #4, I have not checkout your link but do know that Garth remarried last year to Trisha Yearwood. He is a cupid, just not a single one!

9. I saw him in Kansas City (where I live) on Monday night November 5. OMG!. The best concert I have ever been to. He is truly an all around great guy and fantastic entertainer.

10. Garth Brooks lives in my town Owasso. He is as sweet and kind as he appears in the video. One of his daughters goes to my daughter's high school...we saw him and Trisha at parent night...we let them live a normal life here. I would have loved to have gone up and give them a hug but I respect that they are parents like my husband and I and so I leave them alone...to be normal. But we love them here in our town! Sandy lives right up the street from me....my hat goes off to the three adults..Garth, Trisha and Sandy...they are loving parents.

11. I met Garth for the first time in 1989 right before "Friends in Low Places" came out. At that point in time, you couldn't GIVE tickets away for his concerts. I met him again in 1992 and 1994 and he still had the same down-to-earth personality that he had when I met him in 89. He was very sweet every time I met him. I will have to say he is one of the few people that success has not "spoiled". Yes, he has more money than he can ever possibly spend, but he's still just Garth from Oklahoma.

12. Garth Brooks is a chaeter. Its well known he couldn't keep it in his pants when he was married with a pack of kids. He is typical at best, but too bad for his first wife who helped him make a gazillion dollars. Took care of his children while he slept around.

Gee, nice guy. I'm so glad he's a hoot for strangers.

Now she is gone and he has destroyed a family because he is so selfish. Like soooooo many other folks in this industry.

I'm glad I have a good guy. 20 years now. So to all you good men out there handling your business-Thank you.

14. Green eyed monster. You can't be serious. Tell me, how many kids are in a pack? His first wife still lives on his property , in a house that I am sure he pays for. According to Garth, they still talk everyday. Like most divorced dads, I am sure he pays way more child support than he should have to. he said he would not do another full blown tour till his girls were out of the house. They were in K.C. with him the other night for his concert.

15. What you see is what you get with Garth! I'm from oklahoma - and there has never been anything but a wonderful story associated with a Garth sighting. Everyone I know who has seen him out at a restaraunt - or store - or on the side of the road - says he is the most humble, down to earth person. He is the celebrity EVERY celebrity should immulate!
