Thanks to uber celeb lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, The Game won a motion to retrieve $40,000 seized from his Glendale home last May, but who cares about the legal wins? That's one fun Game!

Yes, THE GAME attend college (more than I can say for NEW Hollywood) and he does seem to be a stand up guy from all accounts. Why do tattoos on a black man or rapper make them a gangbanger..Hello, did we forget about Chris Rock, Tommy Lee??? both have mentioned guns and potential violence in their music and have fought at an awards show like they were at RECESS OR SOMETHING and promote sex (can we say sex tape???).....DOUBLE STANDARD MUCH???
