Prosecutors Will NOT File Charges Against Pierce Brosnan

TMZ has just received a statement from the L.A. County District Attorney:

"Los Angeles County prosecutors have decided NOT to file any criminal charges against actor Pierce Brosnan, who allegedly got into a scuffle with a photographer in Malibu last month. The District Attorney's office found that there was insufficient evidence to pursue a battery charge against the former 'James Bond' actor."

Brosnan had been under investigation for allegedly sucker-punching a paparazzo at a Malibu shopping center in October.

1. Most "stars" know that they would generate idolazation and curiosity. Autographs and occassional pictures would become a part of their daily life.

But the paparazzi.craze over the past 20 years have gone beyond rediculous.

I think there should be a legal hunting season for paparazzi.

6. Ummmmm..... Pierce WHO?? He probably started the scuffle on purpose, to get as much out of the photo-op as he could! Phony. I think that's why all these actors start something with photogs, a scuffle gets them more attention.
