TMZ has learned Britney Spears will finally take the oath and have her deposition taken -- and it's happening tomorrow at 10 AM.
Sources say Britney will roll to the Los Angeles offices of K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Her legal team, which includes Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, will be there to raise objections -- and expect lots of them.
Those sources say the depo could last several days. Kaplan has been trying to get Brit under oath for nearly a year and he'll be asking a range of questions relating to child custody and, we believe, spousal support.
TMZ will present live streaming video of Brit's arrival beginning at 9:00 AM PT.

i see your point why. obviously she isn't all there and needs someone to step in. just because she is 26 and a mom doesn't mean she can function as a normal adult. she never has. becoming a mom doesn't mean every female out there automatically becomes responsible. there are mental issues going on here, as well as a lack of normalcy shes never had as an adult.

I guess that it is just insane to me that having children would not make you see life in another way...especially for a mother. After I had my kids I became virtually selfless and now everything I do is in turn for my kids and I would not have that anyother way. It is true that if her parents really cared they would be trying to get custody of those kids and raise them right. Better yet I'll take them teach them their ABC's, colors, and have a great time in small town Indiana...away from all of the chaos.
i know why. but we were raised in a normal environment. she wasn't. she was never taught the tools she needed. only to perform and look pretty. sad. she is so lost and it seems no one cares or is on her side.

Right, because her parents did such a bang up job with her, after all!
The boys HAVE parents, and their dad seems to be doing alright, so none of the grandparents have any right to step in and take custody.
Notice I said "if they really cared"....not that they did a good job raising their children. You really think that Kevin is doing a good job? How do you know...he doesn't have cameras following him everywhere he goes. All I know is that children deserve to be in a normal environment. Anyone in this buisiness has the money to leave the craziness behind and live a modest life raising their children with good morals and values.
no they didn't care, but her mom is busy writing a book on how to raise hollywood kids. dont know about k-fed, but he is better than a foster home. i wonder if her parents live off her money?

As for the comments about the parents, either hers or KFed, I would say yes her parents are definitely living off her because they didn't have anything before she became rich and famous. Now they are going to live from the money the younger daughter is making and she looks to be heading the same direction as Britney no brains. KFed just did a magazine interview (oh yeah he was paid) and he is doing another Super Bowl commercial that reportedly will pay him $100,000 to make the commercial. He will also be paid residuals on the commercial and since he is union he is paid alot everytime it is shown. When he did the interview he was offered alot of money to have his children photographed and put in the story and he refused. He does not allow his children to be photographed, and this is what he said, because they are repeatedly put in that position by their mother. I don't respect what he did to his other children's mother, but I do think he has turned out to be the better of the 2.
So did TMZ crash, or is she not coming out to play today?
kiss and tell: You can't be for real. Brittney has negleted, ignored, endangered her children and you don't think they should have lost them? She doesn't even have sense/judgement enough to do what she is supposed to in front of the monitor.
