TMZ was in a Chicago court today as misdemeanor charges were dropped against "Disturbia" star Shia LaBeouf. Transformed!
Cops arrested LaBeouf last month outside a Walgreens, after workers repeatedly asked him to leave the store because he appeared drunk. When LaBeouf refused, the security guard detained him and called police.
Shia showed up in court this morning to receive the good news -- Walgreens does not want to pursue charges against him. Merry early Christmas!
Shia's attorney tells TMZ the actor is "happy to put this behind him and get back to work ."

I am glad. It wasn't like it was anything serious or to be sweating over any way. He doesn't seem to shaken up over the whole thing so I am glad everything is fine. Glad to see he actually learned his lesson from this thus far. Lets hope there are no more drunken escapades from Mr. Labeouf.
On a sunny day in 1901, Charles Walgreen stepped out onto the sidewalk on the South Side of Chicago.
He polished the windows and squinted proudly at his first drugstore. Turning to an employee, he said, "Remember one thing. We are not going to serve that Shia LeBoeuf."
I just went to breakfast with Shia. I am the Number 1 DJ in Chicago and met him at the courthouse at Belmont and Milwaukee in Chicago. Went to breakfast now going to the airport to fly to Vegas!!
