TMZ, thanks for showing this pic. I get so damn mad at some parents who seem oblivious to their kids' needs.

We have a local summer fair, and there are always tiny babies lying in strollers facing the blazing sun and going through contortions trying to avoid it while their stupid parents are oblivious to it. Or getting sunburned.

I point it out to the parents, and they always tell me to mind my own business. It is the tiny ones that bother me the most, under 4 months who can't help themselves much.

0 is not that cold... at all it's quite nice actually.
