I am so sick of these restards getting out of jail early for DUI's. These judges need to get serious because driving under the influence is a serious crime!

Its fair:  1494 days ago

She was sentenced to 60 days when she had her second DUI in Hawaii. And she served 5 days over there. They should have kept her for 60 days instead of trying all that bracelet stuff.

Then she got 180 days, which is unfair.

Releasing her now is unfair for both her and the public. Why not wait further 38 days 60-(5+17) , so she would have served the 60 days, she should have gotten in the first place. It is not her fault that a judge can not count.

Well put #7 She looks like an animal. The eyes of cold blooded killer. My brother in law is a corrections Officer in the same jail and said the Warden couldn't handle the bad influence she was having on the other Prisoners.

Anyone else would've been behind bars for the majority of those days if not the full time! Even a first time DUI person who was not a celeb would've served the full time. This teaches Ms. Rodriguez nothing. I hope I am wrong but I have a feeling she'll be in some trouble again.

It's probably because of overcrowding. Like one other time when she was in for just hours.

Isn't this the same person that offered the arresting officer oral sex if he let her go? Maybe she found someone to take her up on her offer.
